We develop spatial imagination and show children the technologies of tomorrow. Every pendant, figurine or gadget a child designs comes back 3D-printed at the next class.
The classes are based on work in a dedicated 3D modelling and design program. Participants work at computers, learn the rules of modifying solids and create their own pendants, figurines, teaching aids and gadgets — steadily raising the complexity of their projects. They learn to enter dimensions and use the functions of a CAD-based program. During the course they also get to know the other technologies we work with: 3D scanners, 3D pens, x-kit robotics and VR goggles.
What does your child learn?
- 3D modelling in a CAD-based program — from first solids to their own projects.
- Entering dimensions and modifying shapes, with increasing difficulty.
- Designing pendants, figurines, teaching aids and gadgets printed on a 3D printer.
- Using 3D scanners, 3D pens, x-kit robotics and VR goggles.
